Delete your account & data
You can permanently delete your PuffLinks account and everything in it at any time. No sign-in to this page is required.
How to request deletion
Email delete@pufflinks.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account." We verify the request and complete the deletion within 7 days.
You can also delete individual journal entries any time from within the app.
What gets deleted
- Your account and email
- All journal entries (strains, ratings, notes, terpenes, everything)
- Any preferences tied to your account
This is permanent and cannot be undone. Nothing is retained.
Subscriptions
If you subscribe to Premium, manage or cancel it in the Google Play Store (Payments & subscriptions). Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a Play subscription.
